What You Might Be Experiencing

You might be dealing with anxiety, panic attacks, mood swings, racing thoughts, foggy thinking, or paranoia. But without a clear diagnosis or a treatment plan that works, it’s hard to know what to do next.

Maybe medications haven’t worked, or side effects make you question if they are worth it.

No matter if it’s your first time asking for help or you’ve done this before, you deserve care that feels right. I provide psychiatric support to clarify what’s going on and a plan to help you meet your goals.

What To Expect

Beginning psychiatric care can feel daunting, especially if past experiences have been tough. Here’s what working together looks like:

  • We’ll meet for about 1 hour to review your symptoms, health history, and goals. I’ll ask detailed questions to understand your situation. You’re welcome to bring notes or send records ahead of time.

  • We'll go over your diagnoses and treatment options. Then, we'll create a plan that suits your health history, preferences, and goals. This might include psychotropic medications, lab work, or referrals.

  • Follow-up appointments usually last 30 minutes. These visits focus on tracking progress, adjusting medications, and providing focused therapeutic support.

We will meet at least every 3 months. When we first start medications, we may need to follow up more frequently.
